Price Matching Policy
At divfurniture.com, we do our best to offer quality products at the lowest possible prices. If you see an item you're interested in at a competitor's website at a lower price, please contact us and request a price match. 99% of the time, we'll be able to beat that price, save you money and still offer the best customer service in the business. Our price match policy can not be combined with any other discounts.
At divfurniture.com, we strive to make your delivery a positive experience by finding the most efficient, reliable, economical means of delivery. We frequently reorder our products so they are ready for delivery soon after you place an order.
We often offer free curbside delivery on many items when shipping within the continental United States. Inside delivery is an available option during checkout, and will incur additional fees.
Any additional services such as, "inside delivery", "re-delivery / reconsignment" and "warehousing or stocking fees", which are charged by the shipping company(s), will be the customer's responsibility; divfurniture.com cannot take responsibility for any charges that incur as a result of additionally requested freight services.
Please take note of the following:
Estimated Delivery Periods. Estimated Delivery Periods for specially ordered goods are based upon our past experience with the manufacturer. It is possible and beyond our control that your order will arrive earlier or later than the estimated shipping time.
Redelivery Charges. Delivery is made by independent carriers. Failure to be home for a scheduled delivery will result in a redelivery charge.
Furniture Size. You are responsible for determining that merchandise will fit through doorways, corridors, and elevators.
Delivery Times. Normal delivery hours for local deliveries are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Delays may occur however, due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen events and in no event divfurniture.com. be held responsible.
Important: Delivery Acceptance Instructions Most large furniture items (i.e., dining room and bedroom furniture) are shipped via our long-distance in-home delivery service. The delivery must be signed for by the customer. Although you may waive the signature requirement by contacting the delivery company, we strongly recommend that you not do so, as it waives their liability for any damage, and therefore, subsequently forces us to do the same. Before signing for the delivery, please inspect thoroughly for any damage, shortages, etc. In the unlikely event that damage or a shortage has occurred in transit, make a notation on the waybill, retain applicable packaging materials, and notify us immediately at 617 354 0805. In the event that damage is not noted on the waybill when signing for the delivery or the applicable packaging materials are not retained, any claim for damage must be filed by you directly with the delivery company.

divfurniture.com, wants every one of your shopping experiences with us to be a positive one. We are happy to offer our customers a simple, no hassle return policy with no restocking fees! In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. Any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit. For example, if we offered free shipping on your order, we will issue you a credit for the purchase price of the returned merchandise, but will deduct our actual shipping costs for returned items. Items must be completely unassembled and unused, in their original condition and packaging, complete with all materials. Customers are responsible for returning the item to its warehouse of origin using the same shipping method used for outbound shipment. Please feel free to call us at 1.877.348.7788 if you'd like additional information about the outbound shipping cost of an item you want to return. Refunds will be issued once we have received the item and it has been determined to be in like-new condition.
Before sending back an item, please contact us through our customer service to request a Return Authorization number. Once we receive your return request we will contact you within 24 hours with information regarding your return. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be sent insured for the purchase price. If an item is returned with shipping damage, it is the customerís responsibility to file a claim for the damaged merchandise. Bedding, textiles and any item marked as "Special Order" are not returnable. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
Because most of our items ship or go into production within a few days, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours from when your order was placed. If an item has already shipped within this 24 hour period, you will be responsible for paying shipping back to the manufacturer and a restocking fee. All charges refunded to credit cards may be subject to 3% of balance surcharge. Custom and special orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee if returned or the order is canceled after seven days.
