Calligaris warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of twelve months from the date of delivery. This limited warranty not apply if products have been altered, modified or have been subject to abnormal use, misuse or neglect, and does not extend to damage caused by shipping, accident, abuse, cleaning, or normal wear and tear, and is limited to repair or replacement of defective products at the sole discretion of Calligaris.

wood	Wood is obtained directly from the tree trunk by means of mechanical processes. Its appearance and grain depend on the type of wood used. Solid wood is varnished in the characteristic shades of the various tupes of wood (finish).
Frosted Glass	Tempering is a heat treatment that creates balanced internal stresses designed to improve the resistance of glass sheets to flexing and thermal shock. It is also called “safety toughened glass” because when broken it shatters into small pieces without sharp edges. Silk-screening involves colouring glass by depositing enamels or paints on the underside of the glass sheet. Glass can also be coloured by introducing a dye into the molten glass which is then uniformly distributed throughout the sheet.

Items which are too large to be sent via parcel service will be handled by our freight forwarding partners who will contact you before the item reaches you to provide you with a delivery appointment. With standard curbside delivery, your items will be left at the curb, just inside your driveway or placed next to your front door. Unfortunately, standard delivery does not include carrying up stairs or product assembly. Please inspect the goods before signing the proof of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging please note such damage on the proof of delivery form. If you don’t note potential transport damage you waive you rights to be made whole by the freight forwarder.

For an additional charge, we can provide you with a White Glove service. With our White Glove service, our delivery partners will carry your merchandise up one flight of stairs into a room of your choice, remove the packaging and will assemble your piece for up to 15 minutes.
