Calligaris warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of twelve months from the date of delivery. This limited warranty not apply if products have been altered, modified or have been subject to abnormal use, misuse or neglect, and does not extend to damage caused by shipping, accident, abuse, cleaning, or normal wear and tear, and is limited to repair or replacement of defective products at the sole discretion of Calligaris.

Leather	Leather is an elegant material whose looks improve with time. Elastic and breathable, makes leather seating warm and cosy during winter and cool and pleasant during summer. Leather is a natural product which may have small marks, scars, differences in grain and colour that reveal the individuality of each hide. Over the years wrinkles and creases may appear due to the elasticity of “Vera Pelle” (genuine Italian leather).
Metal	Calligaris uses metal with two types of finish: chrome-plating or coating. The chrome-plating process deposits a layer of chromium on the metal giving it a shiny mirror finish and high resistance. The coating process involves applying a coat of coloured pigments made from metal powders to the substrate followed by a clear protective coat for gloss and abrasion resistance.
denver	Denver is composed of 39% Viscose – 25% Polyester – 17% - Linen 22% - 15% Cotton – 4% Polycarbonate. The Teflon treatment protecting this fabric from water and stains creates an invisible, odourless and dermatologically tested protective layer without affecting its breathability. Dry clean; do not iron; Tumble dry at low temperature.
softer	Composition: 75% Polyvinyl - 3% Polyurethane - 22% Polyester. Slightly melange faux leather with a soft hand. 100.000 Martindale cycles.

Items which are too large to be sent via parcel service will be handled by our freight forwarding partners who will contact you before the item reaches you to provide you with a delivery appointment. With standard curbside delivery, your items will be left at the curb, just inside your driveway or placed next to your front door. Unfortunately, standard delivery does not include carrying up stairs or product assembly. Please inspect the goods before signing the proof of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging please note such damage on the proof of delivery form. If you don’t note potential transport damage you waive you rights to be made whole by the freight forwarder.

For an additional charge, we can provide you with a White Glove service. With our White Glove service, our delivery partners will carry your merchandise up one flight of stairs into a room of your choice, remove the packaging and will assemble your piece for up to 15 minutes.
